The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit seeks applications from highly qualified candidates for a fourteen-year appointment as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Minnesota. The position is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The vacancy will occur on June 30, 2012.   Please see attached announcement for details.

In this letter to the bankruptcy bar, the Clerk advises of two upcoming fee increases.  The first, effective November 1, 2011, reflects an inflationary fee increase to the miscellaneous fee schedules, while the second reflects increases to the Electronic Public Access fee schedules that will become effective on April 1, 2012.
