In this letter to the bankruptcy community, the Clerk provides notification of search and menu guidance enhancements to the Court's public website, currently scheduled for implementation on Tuesday, March 30, 2010.

In this letter to the bankruptcy community, the Clerk provides notification of an increase to the base amount established by the Court for compensation in Chapter 13 cases.  For all Chapter 13 cases filed on or after January 1, 2010, the base amount has increased to $3001.00.

          The purpose of this letter is to provide copies of the following two Standing Orders entered by
Chief Bankruptcy Judge Kilburg on November 30, 2009. 

In this letter to the bankruptcy community, the Clerk provides as advance reference a copy of the amended Local Rules for the Northern District of Iowa, as approved on November 13, 2009 by the 8th Circuit Judicial Council.  These rules go into effect on December 1, 2009.
