The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit seeks applications from highly qualified candidates for a fourteen-year appointment as United States Bankruptcy Judges for the District of Minnesota. One position is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. One position is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. The vacancies will occur on June 1, 2013 and July 1, 2013 respectively.
In this letter to the bankruptcy community, the Clerk provides a reminder of the adjustments to the Electronic Public Access fee schedules that became effective on October 1, 2012, and advises of the inflationary fee increase to the bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedules that will become effective on November 21, 2012.
Pursuant to the Northern District of Iowa's District Court Public Administrative Order No. 12-AO-0007-P, entered September 4, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa will also be closed for business on Friday, November 23, 2012. The court's CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research on this date, but there will be no Help Desk personnel available to provide telephonic support for the system. The CM/ECF Information Center will remain accessible at www.ianb.uscourts.gov.
