Filing Requirements

An Involuntary petition containing:

• the debtor’s name and address, including county
• the chapter number, either 7 or 11
• by the appropriate number of petitioning creditors or partners, as more fully described in 11 USC §303(b)

Payment of the appropriate filing fee.
