This initiative will focus on the experience of the bankruptcy community as its members interact with the Bankruptcy Clerk's office, and what their customer service expectations are concerning these service interactions.
Your participation in this questionnaire is purely voluntary. The information provided through this questionnaire will, however, help the Clerk's Office make changes in policies and procedures that will reduce or remove barriers to the services provided and enhance the overall quality of customer/litigant services provided to the bankruptcy community. The Iowa Northern Bankruptcy Court is committed to providing excellent customer service and we continually strive to exceed our customers' expectations.
