Electronic Filing Information

The Clerk's Office has created a Help Desk to answer questions you may have as you file documents in the Electronic Case Filing system.

For immediate help with general ECF questions, you may contact the Clerk's office directly at (319) 286-2200 in Cedar Rapids or (712) 233-3939 in Sioux City. Court Staff are available to assist you with CM/ECF related issues between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Or, you can send us an e-mail: training@ianb.uscourts.gov.

The Court's computer staff can confirm system availability, but are not able to provide general technical support or offer recommendations regarding petition preparation software. Questions regarding petition software should be directed to your software provider. To view cases in ECF you must have a PACER login and password.
