Summary Judgment:

Withdrawal of Reference:

Though all district courts have entered orders referring cases and proceedings under title 11, United States Code, to the bankruptcy judges, the district court never relinquishes its power to hear and resolve these matters itself. The district court may, on the district judge's own motion or upon the motion of a party, withdraw any case or proceeding or any part of any case or proceeding referred to the bankruptcy judges.
