Request a CD or Transcript

To request a CD or Transcript of a court recorded hearing, contact the court or submit the request via email to the Scheduling Deputy at crsched@ianb.uscourts.gov. The request must include the Case Name, Case Number, Court Date, Court Location, Issue presented at hearing and if you are requesting a CD or Transcript.

The Court Scheduling Deputy will call the requesting party to confirm their request.  If the request is for a transcript, the Court Scheduling Deputy will provide (1) an estimated cost of the transcript and (2) additional instructions.

If a party needs the transcript for an appeal, it should be ordered within ten (10) days of filing the Notice of Appeal.
