Request a CD or Transcript

To request a CD or Transcript of a court recorded hearing, contact the court or submit the request via email to the Scheduling Deputy at The request must include the Case Name, Case Number, Court Date, Court Location, Issue presented at hearing and if you are requesting a CD or Transcript.

The Court Scheduling Deputy will call the requesting party to confirm their request.  If the request is for a transcript, the Court Scheduling Deputy will provide (1) an estimated cost of the transcript and (2) additional instructions.

If a party needs the transcript for an appeal, it should be ordered within ten (10) days of filing the Notice of Appeal.
