National Bankruptcy Statistics are available on the US Courts website. The data in the Statistical Tables for the Federal Judiciary is for a 12-month period, ending June 30 or December 31.

Additional Caseload Statistics Data Tables are also available on the US Courts website.  This data is for the 12-month periods ending each calendar quarter.  There are several reports, each displaying information sorted by different criteria (e.g. by chapter, by county). Look for IA-N information.
