The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa is pleased to announce that Rebecca Hoefer has been appointed Clerk of Court effective December 1, 2025. Rebecca has served in the Clerk’s office for nearly 25 years, most recently as the Court’s Chief Deputy and previously as the Human Resources Administrator.  She looks forward to continuing her service to the Clerk’s Office and the filing community in her new role.
