The National Creditor Registration Service (NCRS) is a free service provided by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts to give creditors options to specify a preferred U.S. mail, e-mail address, or fax number to which bankruptcy notices should be sent.

Re: Notice of Preferred Address Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §342 (e) and (f)

The filing of a notice of preferred address pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §342(f) by a creditor directly with the National Creditor Registration Service, a division of the Bankruptcy Noticing Center, will constitute the filing of such a notice with the Court.

Registration with the National Creditor Registration Service may be accomplished online at https://bankruptcynotices.uscourts.gov/

Registration with the National Creditor Registration Service pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 342(f) does not prohibit a creditor from designating, in a specific case, a different address for noticing pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §342(e). To designate a different address for a particular case, may do so by filing a Notice of Override of Preferred Address in that particular case.

NOTE: The Court does not process all of the notices that you may receive in a case. Notices generated by trustees, attorneys, debtors and other entities may continue to be mailed to the address of record filed by the debtor.
