PACER

Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from federal appellate, district and bankruptcy courts, and the PACER Case Locator via the Internet. PACER is provided by the federal Judiciary in keeping with its commitment to providing public access to court information via a centralized service. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has an informational PACER website (https:\\pacer.uscourts.gov/) that includes features that will make it easier for users to learn how to navigate the PACER system, find what they are looking for more quickly, and understand the fee structure for downloading records.

If you have a PACER login and password, you can look up a case in the court's electronic filing system using your PACER login.  You will need to request access to CM/ECF to electronically file with the court.  See the Electronic Filing tab for more information about filing.

PACER access provide complete docket information and images of filed documents for a cost of .10¢  per page. If document access fees do not exceed $30 a quarter, no billing occurs.
