The Clerk’s office cannot make change for the payment of filing or miscellaneous fees. The preferred forms of payment are money order, cashier’s check and credit card (Pro Se filers may not pay fees by credit card).
The following payment methods apply, based on the type of filer:
Fees for electronically filed documents:
- If an electronically filed document requires a fee, the fee must be paid through Pay.Gov with a credit card, debit card or by ACH Transaction.
By Debtors - Fees for conventional filings and other services:
- Exact Cash
